Booking & Cancellation Policy

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining 50% is payable on the day of the excursion.

7 days or more before the excursion: Full refund of your deposit.

Less than 7 days before the excursion: 50% refund of your deposit, equivalent to 25% of the total excursion price.

Bookings should preferably be made 24–48 hours in advance.

Make the most of your outing.

  • Bring drinking water and sun protection.
  • Choose clothes that can get wet and protect personal belongings from splashes.
  • Travelling with children? Discuss ages, equipment and suitability with the guide before booking.
  • Confirm transport, the meeting point and current route conditions with the operator.
